You may return your ÁGUA DE COCO online purchase by returning it for free and in person to any ÁGUA DE COCO physical store, or by requesting a return at the ÁGUA DE COCO website (at the “Request a Return” section) and sending the item(s) back to the Online Store, subject to the following terms (SALE ITEMS EXCLUDED):
• You have 20 days from your order confirmation to request your Return in the Request Return section of our website, and send your purchase back to us. Your Return will only be accepted (with proof of purchase)
• Go to the “Request a Return” section on the website and, using your order number and your zip code, start the process to request a return.
• Follow the steps to print a return label for the flat fee of $8 to be withheld from your refunded amount, and ship back the Item(s) to our return address – 19575 Biscayne Blvd Unit #1477 Aventura, FL, 33180.
• If you prefer not to use our return service (for a flat fee of $8), ship your package using a trackable, insured, shipping method to our return address stated above. We cannot accept the responsibility for packages we do not ship.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after receipt and inspection of the item(s). Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and can take 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
• Items must be in their original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Items must not have been used in photography shoots, Instagram or other online posts, commercially, or for personal gain. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must also be returned.
• We recommend that you try on all purchased items as soon as you receive them in order to ensure adequate time to return an item within our return timeframe.
• You must wear undergarments when trying on any swimwear. If a swimwear item is returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place. Returns will not be accepted if the tags and/or the protective hygiene strip is removed or altered or if the item shows any sign of wear.
• If you’d like to exchange an item, simply return it for a refund, and purchase the new item separately. Exchanges can be done in-store. Just take the item you wish to return along with proof of purchase and original packaging to any of our physical stores.
• Online orders that are exchanged in-store will be subject to the In-Store Return & Exchange Policy. In-store purchases cannot be returned, only exchanged.
